I consider group work one of the most effective forms of therapy I offer. In a group, you’re not just getting support—you’re gaining perspective, practicing new skills in real time, and building accountability with people who genuinely understand what you're facing.

These sessions are dynamic, challenging, and deeply rewarding. I create a safe and structured space where you’ll be heard, encouraged, and pushed to grow.
