Here's how to begin working with me.

Small, consistent steps create lasting change.

Step 1: Intake Questionnaire

Complete a brief form so I can understand your background, needs, and preferences. Your responses are confidential and help me understand how to best support you.

Step 2: Initial Phone Consultation

We’ll schedule a 15–20 minute phone call to discuss your goals and determine if we’re a good fit. This is an opportunity to:

  • Share what brought you to therapy

  • Discuss your goals

  • Ask questions about the process

Step 3: Start Your Work

We'll map a plan that may include individual therapy, couples work, group sessions, or other resources.

Therapy is an investment in yourself. I’ll support you with guidance and practical tools.
